An international intervention co-led by the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing’s Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research (CHOPR) and the KU Leuven Institute of Healthcare Policy in Belgium shows that redesigning hospital work environments with the Magnet Model measurably improves nurse and physician well-being and strengthens patient safety.
